Your law firm drafts your Purchase Offer Letter, and when accepted by the vendor will followed by your placing of a refundable deposit into the vendor’s law firm’s escrow account
The vendor’s law firm drafts the legal agreement
Upon completion of the legally required investment application and documentation process, “final performance” will take place (conveyance - balance payment - investment license - registration)
